Hey any one want to train together for NAFA? Compulsory for year 3 so need to start trainning le. Must get back to form to get GOLD ! =p

For those who want to join us for GYM,
we are going gym every monday and thursday, and it has started.....
Those who are going so far are:
Ning, Helmut, Yeong Shing, Carolyn, Camilla, Vincent, Nova, etc...
We are going to the gym nearby swimming pool by Foodcourt 5....

stadium is nothing la, at least the runway designed for ppl to run

according 2 research, working out in the water for 1 minute i equivalent to workout on the ground 4 20 minutes leh!!!
if i run underwater then i'll become as soft as sotong when i come up loh!
